Las horas de comida son el desayuno, las medias nueves, el almuerzo, las onces y la cena. Comenzamos el día por la mañana con el desayuno, que consiste en café o chocolate con arepas, huevos y jugo. Más tarde por la mañana, comemos algo liviano llamado medias nueves que consiste en una merienda. El almuerzo es la comida principal del día y consiste en sopa, el plato principal y una bebida. Comemos el almuerzo entre las doce y las dos de la tarde. Después del almuerzo y antes de la cena tenemos las onces que es cuando tomamos té y comemos otra merienda. Finalmente por la noche tenemos la cena. Comemos algo liviano, como una ensalada y pan con queso ¿Quieres ir a Colombia? La comida es muy deliciosa.

We start the day in the morning with breakfast, which consists of coffee or chocolate and corn bread, eggs and juice. Later in the morning, we eat something light called mid-9s which consists of a snack. Lunch is the main meal of the day and consists of soup, the main course and a drink. We eat lunch between noon and two o'clock in the afternoon. After lunch and before dinner we have snack which is when we take tea and eat another snack. Finally in the evening we have dinner.
