The formula of triangle: height x base ÷2
here's how you can find x

x(2x+7)/2=92
2x^2+7x=92×2
2x^2+7x-184=0
x=8 or x=-11.5(rejected)

thus,the height would be 8

and the base would be: 2(8)+7=23

hope it helps!

I need help with this math question
givi [52]

Answer:

a.) y = 3/(2ˣ)

b.) y = 1/(2ˣ)

c.) y = (π^π)ˣ

d.) y = (1/27)(1/√(3))ˣ

e.) y = .002908/(.119025ˣ)

f.) y = .00000004808/(.0413ˣ)

Step-by-step explanation:

Concept need to know is:

  • a negative exponent will flip the numerator with the denominator
  • a fraction as an exponent is just a root. so if the exponent is x^(1/2) then the root is 2 and x^(1/3) is a cube root
  • adding and subtracting exponent is the same thing as multiplying the same base.
  • so x^(1+2) = (x^1)(x^2)
  • and x^(1-2) = (x^1)(x^-2)

Find the 90 th derivative of the function ƒ(x)=cos(x)
Inessa [10]
F(x) = cos x
f'(x) = -sin x
f''(x) = -cos x
f'''(x) = sin x
f''''(x) = cos x

90/4 = 22 Remainder 2
Therefore, 90th derivative of f(x) = cos x is -cos x.
