Differences:

Set builder notation is a mathematical notation for describing a set by its elements, and their member satisfies' properties.It describes the elements of a set instead of listing the element. For example the set {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9} is written in builder notation will be {x/x is a counting number less than 10}.Inequality notation is a relation that makes a non equal comparison between two numbers. Set are also defined by using some inequalities like >, <, ≤, ≥. These are called inequality notations.
