cue from disaster, or medical treatment. What impact does this statement have?
It makes the speaker seem old-fashioned for not praising the beloved enough.

It makes the speaker sound as if she doesn't really love the person addressed.

It makes the speaker sound more realistic and believable rather than a romantic one.<<<<<<<<<

I think it's D, it's true that we need things like food water and shelter more than love. Love is a gift that not everyone gets to experience but they still live.

Answer:

It makes the speaker sound more realistic and believable rather than a romantic one

Explanation:

In the first six lines of "Love Is Not All," the speaker says that love is not as important as food, water, shelter, breath, rescue from disaster, or medical treatment. What impact does this statement have?

It makes the speaker sound more realistic and believable rather than a romantic one.

Love is about caring, giving and caring. The writer ,i feel, tried to lay foundation to establish that we need food ,water, shelter, breath and others for survival before romance. he passed across realism in the first six lines.

After reading the story, did you feel that a situation like the one in “The Cold Equations” could actually happen? Explain your
kiruha [24]
I think it could happen because the girl (don't remember their names sorry) snuck onto the ship where she wasn't supposed to go. Obviously if you do something wrong, no necessarily sneaking onto a spaceship, there are always consequences. The man did try to save her life, but there wasn't much he could do because it was too late for both of them to survive.
