I mean, you can divide the counters by the range 2 - 38.

I only managed to find out that 38 ÷ 2 = 19.

And 38 ÷ 19 = 2.

It says that there are more than 10 counters in each bag.

So 2 bags is the most liable option.

There are 2 bags and 19 counters in each bag.

Answer:

2 bags, 19 counters.

Step-by-step explanation:

This question is looking for factors of 38 with counters being a factor greater ten and the number of bags being the factor that multiplies the counters to get 38. First, find the factors of 38.

1 x 38 = 38

2 x 19 = 38

Since the problem says bags with an s, we can know that there has to be more than one bag. That leaves us with 2 x 19.

A 72° sector in a circle has an area of 16.4π yd². What is the area of the circle? Use 3.14 for pi.
Dmitry [639]
The area of a sector of a circles is calculated by the equation A = πr^2 (theta/360). From the data of the sector, we determine the radius of the circle. THen, we can calculate for the area of the circle.

16.4π = πr^2 (72/360)
r = 9.06

Area of circle = πr^2
Area of circle = π(9.06)^2
Area of circle = 82π

Answer:  Choice B

There is not convincing evidence because the interval contains 0.

========================================================

Explanation:

The confidence interval is (-0.29, 0.09)

This is the same as writing -0.29 < p1-p1 < 0.09

The thing we're trying to estimate (p1-p2) is between -0.29 and 0.09

Because 0 is in this interval, it is possible that p1-p1 = 0 which leads to p1 = p2.

Therefore, it is possible that the population proportions are the same.

The question asks " is there convincing evidence of a difference in the true proportions", so the answer to this is "no, there isn't convincing evidence". We would need both endpoints of the confidence interval to either be positive together, or be negative together, for us to have convincing evidence that the population proportions are different.
