Answer:

1. The fact that he was born to a single mother and was put up for adoption

2. He was really poor as a drop-out from college and became homeless, and slept on the floor in his friend's house

3. He had his only substantial meal at the Hari Krishnas soup kitchen

4. He was diagnosed with cancer and had less than 6 month to live

5. He was fired from a company he started at the age of 30, and then he had to start all over again.

Steve Jobs used these pathos for the audience to connect with him through their emotions. When you hear about Steve Jobs, a billionaire, it will feel like there's nothing in common with a billionaire and an ordinary person, yet from his story, you could see that he had a very humble beginning which made him more interesting and relatable.

What is the globalization of indifference?
Elis [28]

The globalization of indifference makes us anonymous, responsible without a name and without face. Those who are interested only in themselves waste the happiness that comes from serving. Another Francis, the saint of Assisi, who serves to serve more happiness than to be served. Just try it. There are many women and many men who volunteer and try to improve the world. There are professionals who do their kind of building bridges, so that in the engineering of life, be it saved back. Every time we see the other, we reduce indifference and help to globalize respect and fraternity.

2. Identify all of the COMMON nouns in the following sentence. The kings 4 points
Pie

Answer:

City, laws, justice, kings.

Explanation:

To answer this question, you must first know what a noun is, which is a person, place, or thing. Look through the list, and you will find out that expected is not a person, place, or thing; it is a verb.

Now you're left with Mesopotamia, city, laws, justice, and kings. A quick tip amongst nouns is that capitalized and eponymous (something that is given a name to) nouns are most probably proper nouns, which is not what we're looking for here. Cross out Mesopotamia, and you are finished.

Hope this helps! :)
