Answer: I will obey the subpoena order if it is because of criminal charges that it is being requested for but if it is because of the ex- husband of my clients to gain one or two from the divorce, I will respectfully decline but consult with my client and unless by client my client says otherwise.

Explanation: as a counsellor , I owe it to my client to keep everything said during all her session confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone except by her permission. Giving my client sessions without her consent makes me quity also by the law and also makes me lack credibility. My primary duty is to my client and as a counselor I have to maintain confidentiality.

I will read through the subpoena again and find out what they are really asking for and even seek advice if necessary.

Early short films that focused on everyday life and did not assume a narrative format were called___________.
Kobotan [32]

Early short films that focused on everyday life and did not assume a narrative format were called actualities.

Actualities were non-fiction films, usually no longer than 1-2 minutes, featuring raw, unstructured images of real-life events, places, people, or things. Documentary film's predecessor, actualities, was a popular form of entertainment from the early 1890s until about 1908.

In fact, actualities predated the emergence of documentary cinema. They were compiled into programs by exhibitors – as popular and prominent as their fictional counterparts. It wasn't as clear as it was after it was in formal form. Alongside the travel reality genre, actualities is a film genre strongly associated with still images.

Around 1908, despite the declining topicality of the film genre, there is still talk of the actualities as a component of documentary filmmaking.
