I think Juvenile court because he is a minor. Driving without a license is a misdemeanor offense not a felony the fine for driving without a license normally range between $100 and $500, with a possibility of jail time, depending on the circumstances, the judge, and the state you are in. I hope this helps and if not sorry bro

In her speech congresswoman chisholm touched on several topics. what was the one constant thread throughout her speech?
Alexus [3.1K]

Answer: a

Shirley Chisholm was the first African American congresswoman to be elected to the House of Representatives. In her speech “Equal Rights for Women” of 1969, she addressed the problem of female discrimination in the workplace.

Chisholm addressed women’s work in low paying jobs. However, she also discussed the situation of women in high level positions, arguing that they were considered less rational and critical, and that they were often ignored for positions in favor of their male colleagues.

The comparison between black discrimination and female discrimination was not significant to her speech, as race was not part of her argument.

Finally, she did address the fact that women who tried to advance themselves were seen as odd, but it did not constitute a significant part of her speech.

The common thread throughout her speech was that women’s rights needed to be protected under the law so that they could achieve as much as their abilities entitled them to.

Summarize the five aspect of professional and academic language
Elena L [17]

Answer:

The five aspects of professional and academic language are formality, objectivity, conciseness, grammatical correctness (form), and accurateness.

Explanation:

When writing in an academic or professional setting, there are a number of conventions you should pay attention to. First, it is important to write more formally than you would in an email to a friend or a family member, you want to avoid contractions and emotive language and minimize the use of personal pronouns. You also need to use correct grammar. The substance of your work and what you are communicating are also important. You will want to hedge your arguments and points with evidence and strive to be accurate in your statements by explaining limitations and exceptions to the data. Ideally, you should try to be as objective and transparent as possible and maintain some social distance in how you convey the information and present it to others.
