To find the mid point of line AB, use the expression below;

          $x_{m}$ , $y_{m}$  = $\frac{x_{1} + x_{2} }{2}$ , $\frac{y_{1} + y_{2} }{2}$

   x₁ = -9, x₂ = 5

    y₁ = 2, y₂ = -4

 Input the parameters and solve;

         $x_{m}$ , $y_{m}$  = $\frac{-9 + 5}{2}$  , $\frac{2 + (-4)} {2}$  =( -2, -1 )

The coordinate of the mid point is ( -2, -1 )
