I know at least two, which is voting and being on jury. You can just look up stuff about those two and then search for another! For example, if you're not on jury you literally can be charged for failing to do something that is government mandated, but voting isn't government mandated due to the democracy. if you do not vote, the government cannot charge you with anything. therefore, that is just a responsibility.
