Hey there!

Your answer will be the frustration-aggression principle. Frustration occurs when someone's goals are interfered with – in this case, Manny was unable to drive the car because his father refused to let him. So, in response to this, Manny became aggressive and sought to get back at his father.

In this principal, it is proposed that frustration often leads to aggression. In addition to that, aggressive action often follows frustration in order to relieve the frustration. Manny likely thought that he would feel better if he took his anger out on something – in this case, it was letting the air out of the tires of the car and causing his family a huge inconvenience.

Hope this helped you out! :-)

Answer: Acknowledge that he uses rituals to cope with anxiety

Explanation:

It's been observed that some individuals find it difficult to prove themselves at certain stages of their life, especially when they would be needed to present teir skills before a group or judges or people. At these moment, they develop some form of anxiety and have to do some unusual stuff to enable them either finish the task or get along. The Cota should respond to these by knowing that it's anxiety that is a resultant of what they are doing.
