The Combat Stress Now program is a program where stress planning and management are been taught. In the the program participants are taught how to manage and plan their time for them to be able to manage their stress efficiently. During the Combat Stress Now program the participants are going to be asked to identify what stress is and what stress causes. Participants are taught what to do during a stressful situations or events.
Most of the times, the participants if the program are given take-home assignments which is all about writting things or events or situations that causes stress to the participants individually.
