This figure is a rectangular trapezoid . It is reversed.
a = 20    larger base
b = 10    shorter base
c = h = 23     the height of the trapezoid

A = (a+b) * 1/2 * h = (20 + 10) *1/2*23 = 30*1/2*23 = 15*23 = 345
