Copying lab results from another lab team and making up data when creating tables are the complete opposite of ethical lab behavior, and these practices lead to unreliable results, which discredits the whole purpose of applying the scientific method. Following their instincts about safety procedures is a dangerous practice which can lead to accidents in the lab. There are strict rules and norms in every lab that should be followed to ensure the safety and integrity of the people involve. Leaving the safety to a person's instincts is not the smartest thing to do. And finally, continuing the experiment until they get their desired results is very counterproductive and against the scientific method, as sometimes the results can be unpredictable, however we must record the results even though they might not be what we expect.
