Answer:

Sorry if it's cheesy!! :C

                                                               SUMMER

Now that it is summer, kids talk on the phone

being lazy is to energetic as a frozen popsicle is to a melting cone

                            They have so much fun

                            While playing in the sun

They wind is coming from a moving fan

You can smell the aroma of food coming from the sizzling pan

In the summer school is out

At the beach, the kids and dogs run about

Fire is to ice as dark is to light

With the warm sun you'll know that your day will be bright

Shovel is to beach as books are to school

Playing soccer with friends is so cool

Snowflakes is to heat waves as winter is to summer

When summer is over it will be a big bummer

Having fun at the beach isn't a crime

I can't wait till' the next summer time
