Language is what you speak. With no language people wouldn’t communicate with one another. Sign language is a form of language without speaking just movements but this communicating.

To me, language isn’t just a way people talk or speak, it’s a part of their culture. Lots of tribes in Africa have no actual language, yet they can still communicate using gestures or paintings. Language is a person using their voice to talk to, and share their ideas and values with others.
