Pretty sure YOUR supposed to answer this, because it's asking about your sleeping habits. But I'll answer for mine.

I think I sleep enough. I sleep at least 9 hours every day, the recommended amount is 8 hours, so I'm good. Sleeping at least 9 hours everyday does make you energetic for school and your personal life. This does not affect my school life or my personal life in a negative way. Sleeping is a way for your body to recover from the day, so if you don't have enough rest, you'll be tired and grumpy.
