Pluralism and Diversity are two concepts in business that are gaining more and more attention these days.

Pluralism and Diversity is something in which there are different people or groups of people from different cultures and backgrounds. When people from different cultures come together, mostly they share their positive values with each other and share their different point of views on a specific situation or problem, hence encouraging brainstorming as well.

This pluralism and diversity can be on the basis of cultures, ethnic, race, etc.

Organizations who have diverse workforce, seem to produce better results.

Gwar [14]

Interest capitalization is defined as the unpaid interest when added to the principal amount of the loan. It increases the overall cost of the loan.

Bianca will have to pay $13.43 monthly to avoid interest capitalization.

Given that:

Principal value of loan = $2600

Maturity Time = 10 years = 120 months

Interest rate = 6.2% = 0.062

Now, to find the amount of payment by using the formula:

\rm Payment&=\rm \dfrac{Rate\times Principal}{1-(1+rate)^{time}}\\\\\\\rm Payment&=\rm\dfrac{0.062 \times 2600}{1-(1+rate)^{120}}\\\\\rm Payment &= \rm \161.32

Total payment that is to be paid in 1 year:

\rm Monthly\; Payment &=\rm\dfrac{161.32}{12}&= \$13.43

Thus, the payment that Bianca has to pay is  $13.43.

arsen [322]
I think i is not right to base the productivity of the fisherman in per hour basis because fisherman goes to the sea and catch fish not on a daily basis. maybe the correct way to express it is per trip they go to the sea. because if it hourly basis then the productivity is very small.

yaroslaw [1]

Answer:

B. The denial is justifiable given the level of interbrand competition.

Explanation:

Anti trust law only applicable if you can proof that two or more producers in the same industry work together in order to assert their control over the market. They can do this through price fixing, controlling the amount of supply, etc.

This condition<em> can't be found</em> in the scenario above.

The denial that done by PepsiCo is justifiable because in a really competitive market, a company need to impose a strict requirement on which entities they should form a dealership relation with. If PepsiCo choose the wrong dealers, Its competitors could easily taken over the market and resulted in a huge amount of loss for the company.

Explanation:

Given that she is a recent graduate, she still has school loans to pay off, and therefore, she would be cash strapped and unable to get loans from banks because she probably does not have a good credit score.
