For example, imagine an office where there is a problem with heat due to an AC malfunctioning, some of the people who work there might come from very warm countries and they might know methods to reduce the temperature of the building. They can input ideas about architecture where the heat is easily dissipated from the office.

2. Some people in the Philippines have a different time to show up in a non-formal meeting, as a gather in a public space to spend time with friends. This might be understood as a lack of care about the other people involved in the meeting. Especially, if a European is invited. This might influence the meetings in restaurants and bars, causing frustration if this knowledge is not spread between the foreigners.
