False this is so as the first answer says ☝️

But the science into it is that, memory is first incorporated into short term memory. Memory that is quickly forgotten. But when you memorize it, remember it, you are transferring that memory into long term memory. It gets coded into your brain and it stays within your memories and not disappear or.

Example of short term memory question: what did You eat last year of November 27th?

Example of long term memory question: what school did you go to in elementary?
