Answer:

It explains one way rain barrels benefit you, and one way rain barrels benefit plants.

Explanation:

It benefits you for being free. Not having to pay for something is always good.  The other thing that is said is: <em>"it’s also free of chlorine and minerals so it’s really great for your plants and vegetables"</em>.  So as the text makes it clear, it is good for you and the plants.

What should you do as you read to children?
Pavlova-9 [17]

Answer:

I would choose B, C and D.

Explanation:

I would choose these because if you show them the pictures it keeps them focused and entertained, children like looking at pictures in books. If you act out the characters, it does the same and showing them the pictures, but it will make them think its fun and they will love it when you read to them. If you do B and C, then D is already taken care of. But you should always make sure the are listening and having fun.

Hope this helped (:

HURRY I HAVE 15 MINUTES LEFT ON THE EDGE TEST PLZZZ :C
Furkat [3]

Answer:

Academic Honors if in a prestigious school.

Club Memberships might be the best option though worded oddly.

Artistic Achievements if a loose fun school with a casual page design.

Future Goals for a beginning or ending class of the school.

Explanation:

This is a complicated question... It depends what part of the yearbook this is in. Being part of year book for the last two years and taking photo and video classes the last five, we have put all of these in all the books.

What metaphor does marlow crest to illustrate the ineffectiveness of colonial projects in africa?
lbvjy [14]

Answer:

(B) He called colonialism " a flabby devil".

Explanation:

Charles Marlow is the protagonist of Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness - who visited the Congo Free States and saw the exploitation of the African natives for the acquisition of ivory. As he arrived, one of his pointed remarks of colonialism, as he saw how the Company's outpost was in a horrendous state, was how the greed of colonialism was like: "the labby, pretending, weak-eyed devil of a rapacious and pitiless folly.”
