3. All of the following are among the factors that your text mentions as leading to changing scripts for dating, EXCEPT
Daniel [21]

Answer:

A. participation in religious organizations

Explanation:

Each religions tend to have their own set of rules regarding marriage. Such rules tend to be considered as 'Sin' to be broken. (for example, most of them are advocating for dating within the same religion or one of the partner have to change their religion, no sex before marriage, etc)

Because of this, being a participant in religious organization will actually tied you down to this pre-determine rule and enforces a certain script for dating.

Why should we fight ignorance
Slav-nsk [51]
Well, in order to understand the reason behind a <em>fight</em> we should probably first look at the definition in order to give a valid reason.

Ignorance is  the lack of information, or knowledge.

Why should we help the world become a little less <em>ignorant</em> and a bit more <em>intellectual</em> or a bit more tactical on common sense?
  Let's take a guy, in one of my grades, who randomly turned around and called me a terrorist one day. I bet he didn't know the meaning but assumed that the term was used so often that he decided to use it, too. The reason? The news now tends to show negativity towards many groups, whether in minority or majority, depending on cultural differences and the country. Now, as I hope you know-not every Muslim is a terrorist, but many terrorists are Muslim which brings the bad view on us because of a minority who made bad decisions. We, or at least ignorant people, have lost the impact of thinking for ourselves and we have become more indecisive. We are not perfect, but we should at least learn from critical points and information.

Knowledge, or information, can come from various sources; some accurate, most not (depending on where you look) and these days the world has become a bit more tech savvy meaning that our research is mainly gathered from sources online rather than from libraries or old scriptures. As we all know, information is not always accurate on the internet. Sadly, teachers have taken a means to do research online, even quizzes and tests. Some courses and classes are even taken online.
Back to my point, knowledge and information can come from many sources and can have no boundaries as to what information/knowledge is applied. If someone is ignorant, they may lack a means of mannerism. They can be a bit rude, or easily irritated or angered. They may not be good at social interaction, or even communication skills.
   Communication skills and social interaction still remain a wide part of this world; even in the virtual world, there are chatting sites online or games that require a player to chat with others or make friends online. Of course, communication skills are key because in order to have mutual respect, trust and confidence you need to be able to see the person's facial expressions and body language. Which are taken away, due to anonymity and not everything needing cameras, in the virtual world making the impact of reading between the lines greater than it used to be.  Now, if there are ignorant people online, and in the real world, then we'd have a harder time accomplishing something and an ever easier time accomplishing nothing, by nothing I don't mean the literal emptiness or "nada". I mean nothing useful, or something that we can use later on in life, something that we can learn from. (Unless learning that we should be less ignorant and more informative is of any help, or considered useful information)

We should <em>fight</em> ignorance however, we should also keep in mind that some people are just slow and need to take some time to recap every little short lesson. Which is actually not ignorance, but a greater way to deal with harder lessons to come later in the future.
~~~~~~~`
 Am I ignorant based on my answer above? I hope not, it was just an opinionated answer. I hope I helped, I tried my best (English isn't my native tongue, by the way).
