The correct answer is - none.

None of the statements describe the effects the Soviet Union's dissolution had.

With the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the main effects were the change of boundaries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the formation of multiple new countries, as well as the political change in big portion of the new countries that come out from the Soviet Union.

Most of the newly formed countries in Eastern Europe focused on change in western manner, so they rushed to implement parliamentary democratic systems, and also changed systematically their economies from command to market economies.

The newly formed countries in Central Asia, on the other hand, got stuck with dictators as their leaders, some of which are still in power. Kazakhstan is the one the did the best in that region, and it has a nice development, though not democratic system, while others like Turkmenistan became one of the most isolated and closed countries in the world.
