No because 3 times 4 is 12 but 4 times four is 16 and TO get from 4 to 24 you multiply 6 but 6 times 3 is 18 so no I think

No, 3:4 is not equivalent to 12:24. When you put 12/24 into fraction form, you can convert that into simplest form to get 2/4, and since 3/4 would be in fraction form as well, then 3/4 =/= 2/4, and therefore 3/4 =/= 12/24

Answer:

m∠RQS = 109°

Step-by-step explanation:

Angles on a straight line sum to 180°.

Therefore:

⇒ m∠RQS + m∠SQT = 180°

⇒ (15x + 4) + (10x + 1) = 180

⇒ 15x + 4 + 10x + 1 = 180

⇒ 15x + 10x + 4 + 1 = 180

⇒ 25x + 5 = 180

⇒ 25x + 5 - 5 = 180 - 5

⇒ 25x = 175

⇒ 25x ÷ 25 = 175 ÷ 25

⇒ x = 7

Now that we have found the value of x, substitute this into the expression for m∠RQS:

⇒ m∠RQS = 15(7) + 4

                  = 105 + 4

                  = 109°
