Answer:

Integrity is how somebody lives their life. In this life we live, we face choices every day that only we can answer. We dictate how we run our own lives, and they way we run them defines us. Integrity is doing the right thing versus the wrong thing. People, if nothing else, can always have their pride, their integrity. It is something that means a lot to some people and then nothing to others. The ones who value their integrity highly are the good people in this world, and the opposite is true for those who do not value their integrity.

Integrity has been defined as “Moral soundness; honesty; freedom from corrupting influence or motive” by a good friend of mine and college graduate. The dictionary describes it as “Unimpaired,…show more content…

If we’re all forced to comply, we would have a much safer world. Nobody forces us to do anything, and that is the point. Our personal integrity can only be formed by one person: ourselves. Nobody can control out integrity. They can try to sway it (and they do almost daily), but they can not change it unless we allow it to be changed. Integrity is absolutely vital to a community. If a community as a whole, coherent, machine does not have morals, it will be a very bad community. The people in it will not flourish, the kids will grow up bad, and it will be a continuous cycle of immorality. Is a community has no integrity, it brings down the whole area around it. We tend to define this as “the bad part of town.” Integrity is very important on a college campus. College is a synonym for the word “freedom.” You live on your own, and the only people you answer to is the school or the police. So it is up to you to make the decisions that are right for your life. Because even more so in college, where you live with your friends, are there choices to be made every single day.

To be honest with yourself don’t try and impress people. If you lose try again, don’t be a poor sport and when you win don’t act better than anyone else. Show pride in all you do.

yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

I would go as a once a day type thing like today i did this exercise. But most like it like this.

A healthy plan that consist of eating and exercise is really how your endurance is. Either way you have to work through it. I would start with 10 reps of a bicep exercise because that is usually what needs the most energy. Then proceed to a core exercise such as situps or crunches. take a break and eat protein foods or fruits. Hydrate with lots of water and protein shakes (if you wish). Then continue with leg work outs such as leg raises and squats. then it's important to rest and eat fatty foods such as chicken and fish.

This is what I do everyday, hope it helps.

Do phones influence kids in a positive or negative way explain and make sure your easy is clear
NISA [10]
Phones influence kids in a negative way because it makes the phone is addicting.Phones are addicting to kids mostly because of apps.Being adficted to the phone makes people like kids stay on it for a long period of time without realizing it, which could lead to wasting time for homework or study time. Being addicted to the phone may also mean less sleep time.I personally was and still may be one of the victims because it has become a habit of mine.Being addicted may alao lead to ignoring surroundings like your mom talking to you or like homework as I had mentioned earlier which usually has a negative impact on yourself.Being addicted also may lead to health issues. For example it could lead to vision problems from the brightness to long periods of time. Not only could it do that but it may make you feel lazy and not excercise. It is way eas ier to sit down and a snack with a phone all day which could alao lead to back aches from slouching and not stretching. It could also lead to being obese which could alao lead to diabeties. At the same time people say phones could cause brain tumors from rf waces geating your skin tissues.Others may argue that phones are educational. This may be only true if they are only watching or playing educational games but most kids are addicted because they do not use your phone wisely because they use it mostly for entertainment. All in all, the priviledge to even have a phone at this young age could cause long term consequences. To rven think that they are the future could be terrible.Kids need to chose wisely because it is addicting amd chose, with the help of their family, to stip using the phone as much.
