Answer:

The same political colour but different approaches

Explanation:

First the classic ¨liberal conservative¨ approach by Tim Huelskamp in 2012. He stated that the federal nutrional program - to confront obesity and against the liberal opinion that everybody shoud decide for themselves - for schools left many kids hungry, according to their parents. This at least makes sense because if you have your kids on a high-fat diet with lots of fast food and coke, a healthier diet all of a sudden causes unexpected problems. As anyone who did a diet can understand.

Second the more aggressive populist approach by Steve King in 1917 who counterattacked the critics on the money spend on the border wall by suggesting that the money for the wall could be taken from the Planned Parenthood program and did even go beyond that saying he´ll take money away from food stamp recipients (!) because this program has caused (!!!) obesity.

Answer:

D. I want to go to the symphony, but I don’t have any money.

Explanation:

D. I want to go to the symphony, but I don’t have any money.

The answer to your question would be that the option that correctly shows where a comma is needed in the sentence is the following one: I want to go to the symphony, but I don't have any money. That is, the correct option would be D.

You shold use a comma before any coordinating conjunction that links two independent clauses.

1) I want to go to the symphony (clause I)

2), but I don't have any money (clause II)
