Answer:

Each trial is comprises of a defended, plaintiff, and the impartial judge having the required amount of knowledge about the law and regulations. And the fair trial is required for providing the equal rights to each individual as in the court of law every person holds the same basic law as the other.

Explanation:

  • There are a number of institutions inside the system or country for the implementation of law and driving the company in a more developed way, as the Justice system is present for carrying the over all of the procedure for providing equal treatment to each individual in any sort of complicated situation while inside the country or state as according to the rule of law or constitutional rules. The fair trail system should be there in order to implement all the required rules on each individual as equal citizen of the state in which they reside at the time. But, to offer justice to each individual the law must be treated as a standard set above everything else and every one inside the region.
  1. The defendant is given a chance to provide the evidence to make it sure that he or she is not the one who has offended any law set by the system or constitutional.
  2. And then we have the plaintiff who has filed the case against the accused person, institution or system inside the United States.
  3. Then comes the person who analyzes all the given evidences and then provides a valid form of judgement to provide justice to all those who are involved inside the case (irrespective of the magnitude or type of the case)
  • While, the fair trial system consists of a very selective and specific set of components, having all the required procedure for attaining a point at which every point inside the case is well analyzed as according to the constitutional law.
