Convert
[−1,∞) to inequality notation use the variable x.
Trava [24]

Answer:

-1\leq x

Step-by-step explanation:

We want to convert the interval [-1, ∞) to inequality notation using x as the variable.

The interval [-1, ∞) reads: "All real numbers between -1 and positive infinity."

In other words, it is all numbers greater than or equal to -1 and less than positive infinity.

Therefore:

-1\leq x

Note that we do not use "or equal to" for the infinity as we can never really "equal" infinity.

Is this question proportional? why or why not
sergij07 [2.7K]
No because the cost to ship a video game starts at 4.85 but if it were to start at zero than I would because it consistently adds 39.99.

The sum of four consecutive integers is at least 18. What's the smallest consecutive integer to make this statement true?
Ghella [55]

Let the four consecutive integers be

x , x+1, x+2, x+3

ATQ, Their sum is 18

\sf \: x + x + 1 + x + 2 + x + 3 = 18

\sf \: 4x + 1 + 2 + 3 = 18

\sf4x + 6 = 18

\sf4x = 18 - 6

\sf4x = 12

\boxed{ \mathfrak{x = 3}}

Now,

  • 1st number = x = 3
  • 2nd number = x+1 = 3+1 = 4
  • 3rd number = x+2 = 3+2 = 5
  • 4th number = x+3 = 3+3 = 6

The four numbers are 3,4,5,6 respectively and the smallest number among them is 3...~

Hello do you have any idea how I would do this
Yuliya22 [10]

Remember that

A statistical question is a question that can be answered by collecting data that vary.

so

Classify

Hw tall are the memmbers of my class? -------> Is a statistical question

How tall am i? --------> is a nonstatistical question

How old are the students in my school? -------> Is a statistical question

A statistical question can be measured and controlled, while a nonstatistical question cannot provide for the measurement.

Find all values of theta in the interval [0° 360°) that have the given function value.
SOVA2 [1]

Answer:

The answer to your question is: 45° and 225°

Step-by-step explanation:

Getting tan⁻¹ 1 = 45°

Then, the angle we are looking for is 45°, let's check the for quadrangles.

First quadrangle = tan 45 = 1

Second quadrangle = 180° - 45° = 135° tan 135 = -1

Third quadrangle = 180 + 45 = 225° tan 225 = 1

Forth quadrangle = 360 - 45 = 315° tan 315° = -1
