Answer:

Global conflict can redefine how a nation defines itself by the various methods or ways on how they solve problems.

Explanation:

In my own view, Global Conflict redefines how that nation is defined by how they go about resolving or tackling the various conflicts at hand.

If for example a country is seen as prosperous and strong or able and at the same time loses to a lower country in a conflict or undermined by another country . the country will still think they are still strong, but on the areas of global conflict it will be seen as weak.

Examine why Airstrip One operates on military time, as opposed to standard time, which Britain has historically used.
balandron [24]

The question being posed is alluded from the novel '1984' by George Orwell. In 1984, there were three enormous nations that existed and they are: Oceana, Eurasia, and Eastasia. Airstrip One is the name that was given to what we know as Britain. Another thing given to Britain as Airstrip One is the utilization of military time. This can be thought to be done so as to loan to the setting inside the novel. What military time use does inside the novel is add to the police state vibe that exists for the hero Winston Smith.

They’re holiday had to be cancelled because of a fire at the hotel. Is this statement correct?
MatroZZZ [7]

Answer:

No, this is not right. It should be "Their holiday had to be cancelled because of a fire at the hotel."

Explanation:

If you can change the whole sentence though, it would sound best as "Their holiday had to be cancelled due to a fire at the hotel."

Their = something they own

They're = they are

There = a place
