Answer:
Outreach
Explanation:
The three options provided are types of people i.e "children", "elderly", and "homeless". So, the fourth element too should be a type of people. Hence, "Finances", and "Conservation" are eliminated.
Out of "Students" and "Outreach", "outreach" would be better option;
Firstly because, children (age), elderly (age) homeless (location), and then fourth too should be about location i.e. "Outreach"
Secondly, because "students" is a sort of occupation, children may also be students. So, "Students" does not fit well with the three provided options.

answer:
Laurence Yep created a very realistic setting in Dragon wings. He included many accurate details, like early cars, horse-drawn buggies, and crowded streets.
He doesn't show the attributes we would recognize in a Victorian man of his word. He isn't chivalrous, he has a flawed past, he keeps mysteries, and as opposed to being the man who spares the day, he is in certainty spared by Jane. It is not necessarily the case that Rochester has no reclaiming highlights. He is straightforward and frank to the point of brutality. None-the-less, a Victorian respectable man puts his respect to the exclusion of everything else and qualities trustworthiness, all while displaying reliability to those he thinks about companions.
