The answer is D. 3/8 in 1/2 hour, multiply by 2, since 1/2 times 2 is 1, meaning 1 hour. You will get 6/8, by simplifying that, you get 3/4.

One hour is twice of 1/2 hour, so the distance the snail travels (assuming a constant speed), would be twice the distance.
2* \frac{3}{8} = \frac{6}{8} = \frac{3}{4}

and a triangle's inner angles is 180.

so, the blank angle is 94.

47 + 52 is 99, and 99 + 94 is 193.

360 - 193 is 167.

The cost of using 19 HCF of water is $32.49

Given in the question:

The monthly cost (in dollars) of the water use (in dollars) is a linear function of the amount of water used (in hundreds of cubic feet, HCF)

The cost for using 17 HCF of water is using $32.13

and, the cost of using 35 HCF is $61.83.

To find the cost of using 19 HCF of water.

Now, According to the question:

The cost for using 17 HCF of water is  $32.13

and, the cost of using 35 HCF is $61.83.

To find the slope:

(17, 32.13) and (35, 61.83)

Slope = (61.83 - 32.13)/ (35 - 17) = 1.65

We know that:

Formula of slope :

y = mx + b

32.13 = 1.65 x 17 + b

b = 1.14

The equation will be :

C(x) = 1.65x + 1.14

Now, To find the cost of using 19 HCF of water.

C(19) = 1.65 × 19  + 1.14

C(19) = $32.49

Hence,  the cost of using 19 HCF of water is $32.49.

How do I solve this in Long Division I need help!
mr_godi [17]

Answer:

213

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Set up an equation (as you have done there)

2. divide the first digit, so in this case you want to divide 34 / 7 which doesn't work so your gonna add another number 72 and how many times can 34 go into 72 that will be twice so 34 x 2 is 68, and you  put the 2 at the top where the line is over 2

3. and then you subtract 72 and 68 and then you get 4.

4. after that you start the process again but doing it by just adding another number so in this case you would 724 at the next step. you stop when you have run out of numbers to add

hope i helped
