2x-3y=-15

subtract 2x from each side

-3y = -2x-15

divide by -3

y = 2/3 x +5

this is in slope (2/3) intercept (5) form

\bf \begin{array}{|c|ll} \cline{1-1} slope-intercept~form\\ \cline{1-1} \\ y=\underset{y-intercept}{\stackrel{slope\qquad }{\stackrel{\downarrow }{m}x+\underset{\uparrow }{b}}} \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}~\hspace{3em} \begin{array}{llll} 2x-3y=-15\implies 2x+15=3y \\\\\\ \cfrac{2x+15}{3}=y\implies \cfrac{2}{3}x+5=y \end{array}
