With 1 byte equaling to 8 bits and Gigabyte equaling to <span>1,000,000,000 bytes
Multiply 1,000,000,000 bytes by 8 bits to arrive to the answer of Gigabit ( 8,000,000,000. Then move the decimal point, which is found at the right side of the last 0 to the number which is inside the range of 0.01 ~ 9.99. Moving the decimal point to the left will give you a positive exponent. Thus arriving at 8.0 X 10^9. </span>

Assume you have written a method with the header num yourMethod(string name, num code). The method's type is ____ .
elena-s [515]

A method is written with the header 'num' yourMethod(string name, num code). The method's type is <u>'num'.</u>

In the context of programming. a header refers to supplemental data placed at the beginning of a block of data being transmitted or stored. In the context of the Java method, the header is where you tell the Java program what value type if any, the method will return (a string value, an int value, a double value,  etc). As well as the return type, you require a name for your method, which is also placed in the header. You can pass values over to your methods in between a pair of round brackets.

5. What are some situations where you might find it useful to use the “!” symbol in a program?
svlad2 [7]

Answer:

The most common use of symbols by programmers is for performing language reflection (particularly for callbacks), and most common indirectly is their use to create object linkages. In the most trivial implementation, they have essentially named integers (e.g. the enumerated type in C).
