If your decreasing the size of something spinning your also decreasing the amount it spins so it would be spinning slower !

In osmosis water moves from the solution with a lower concentration to the solution with the higher concentration. Therefore, water will move from the 5%glucose,25%starch solution to the 20%glucose, 20%K⁺,10% iodine.
I think it’s 12 but i’m not 100% sure.
