RNA is present as the genetic material in few viruses only. RNA molecule results in the formation of protein product by the process of translation. Three main types of RNA are rRNA , mRNA and tRNA.

tRNAs is one of the most important type of the RNA molecule . tRNAs stand for the transfer RNA. tRNAs are specific for the particular amino acid. The main function of the tRNA is the bringing of the amino acids during the process of translation. tRNAs consists of anticodons that are specific for the mRNA.
