The answer is obviously D. Thousands and thousands of Native Americans were killed for their land by the Europeans and everybody in the world knows that blacks were slaves at one point in history.
Islam spread through military conquest, trade, pilgrimage, and missionaries. Arab Muslim forces conquered vast territories and built imperial structures over time.
They are bad blacks and should not have owned slaves
