Answer:

1. a) it can help you understand them better

b) it can also help to help people who face trouble with children

2. Early childhood is considered the most important period of brain development as this is the time when the child starts to think or try to understand his surrounds or analyse what he's being spoken to and how the people around him are acting which he would consider to be normal around  and also to learn.

3. Observing them will tell us how they would react or act in different situations and problems and how they deal with the level of understanding they have.

this would also help us in knowing how they develop their understanding and resolution of problems...
