Answer:

Someone with a fixed mindset may say success means winning, and only winning. For example, someone with a fixed mindset may say success in school is getting A’s. Someone with a growth mindset is someone with an open mind, willing to learn and accept new ideas of the same topic. Someone with a growth mindset may say success in school is having a good time and learning while being a good friend and/or student. I personally think the difference is a fixed mindset is a closed mind while a growth mindset is an open mind, as I mentioned previously.

How would you describe George Orwells feelings about killing the elephant in his essay " shooting an elephant"
ozzi
I would say that he had ambivalent feelings that one the one hand his killing an elephant would seem like an affront to the culture of the Burmese and  as further evidence of British imperialism in disrespect for the natual heritage of their country while on the other hand if he didn't kill it he would be considered not responsible to the townspeople who were threatened by it.
