The number of house representatives are determined for each state according to it's population .  

<u>Explanation:</u>

The member of house of representatives are elected from all the 50 US states. Each state should have at least one member, representing it in the house of representatives. The number of representatives to be sent by each state is determined on the basis of it's populations, calculated by the US census.  

Various bills are introduced in the House Of Representatives, it also levies charges against the president and sent the charges after ratification to the Senate where investigation is carried out.
