Well depending on the content of the text (math,science,art,etc...) it usually affects our understanding in terms of acknowledging the fact that we have since "upgraded". We have advanced in art, science, technology, and writing even! This also affects its theme in that, if they speak of architecture then we are aware that is the Middle Ages. So this means buildings and surroundings have old styles and design. Also it makes us aware of the fact that the way they are speaking is due to it being 17th century. Hope this helps!

“Thank you so much,” the young man said as he began to stroll away again to ply his wares, “and Ramadan Mubarak.”
maw [93]

Answer:

The significance of Faizula's reaction when the young man says "Ramadan Mubarak" implies that Faizula is not used to meeting people who share his culture. So, the right answer is Option C.

Explanation:

Faizula is a flower shop owner and a young man is making a purchase of roses. He finally decides that he wants to buy one rose and asks Faizula how much it costed. Faizula replied that it costed two dollars. The man gave him a five-dollar bill and asked Faizula to keep the change. On hearing this, he felt very happy and smiled at him.

The young man thanked him and when Faizula started towards plying his wares, the young man wished him “Ramadan Mubarak.” Listening to this he replied back but was a little surprised as didn’t meet many from his culture. The man then looks at the clock and declares that sundown is just a minute away. He further asks Faizula whether he would break his fast along with him and takes out a box of dates and grapes.
