When the Time Traveller returns, he is able to stop at the "right" time by (from the book 'The Time Machine)
gregori [183]

The Time Traveller returns and he is able to stop at the right time by setting the time on the dial. Option A.

One of the most radical aspects of the time machine is that it challenges humans' central role in history by challenging the idea that humans will continue in their present form forever. Time Machine by H.G. Wells presents a dystopian vision of the future of humanity. A scientist builds a time machine and travels to the future.

He states that mankind has split into two races. A childish Eloi and a giant Morlock. With his machine gone, he explores the world of the future. He sees the maid walking backward through the room. He stopped the machine, staggered out to check the date, entered the dining room, and there found the guest, who was speechless and obviously very skeptical. For a moment the time traveler's memory flickered and seemed overwhelmed.
