Answer:

Dear students,

After a long process of debating and evaluating the use of uniforms, I have decided that from next month the use of school uniforms is mandatory.

The reason why I made this decision is to contribute to the unity of the school by wearing the colors that identify our institution, also it prevents students from violating the dressing code of the school in different ways, which is something that concerns me due to the high number of violations to this in the last months, the uniform is a way to learn how we should dress for attending classes or events that required us to be well dressed and representing our school.

Hope to see you all with the uniforms.

Explanation:

Deciding if the students should wear uniforms is a tough decision that the principal has to take. It is a good idea to explain the reasons behind this decision to help the students to accept this new rule the best way possible and write the letter in a formal but also friendly way to deliver the news the best way possible.

The chaotic tone of the passage above would also be appropriate for
Verdich [7]

Answer:

D. a story set during a major battle.

Explanation:

The chaotic tone of the passage is one of panic, emergencies, accidents, bravery, fear and much more, all of which can be associated with a story set during a major battle.

Even the instances from the passage attest to that with danger lurking all around, people trapped in a supposedly safe zone until it no longer remains safe, the emergency equipment, like the emergency radio in the passage, the urgency of the situation wherein Juan needs to go check up on his mother who's alone "out there", chaos among people, etc. The mood of the passage is tense and there's a sense of impending disaster in the undertone of the passage, which further relates to a story set during a major battle.

Summary of son of a trickster
liubo4ka [24]

Everyone knows a guy like Jared: the burnout kid in high school who sells weed cookies and has a scary mom who's often wasted and wielding some kind of weapon. Jared does smoke and drink too much, and he does make the best cookies in town, and his mom is a mess, but he's also a kid who has an immense capacity for compassion and an impulse to watch over people more than twice his age, and he can't rely on anyone for consistent love and support, except for his flatulent pit bull, Baby Killer (he calls her Baby)--and now she's dead.

Jared can't count on his mom to stay sober and stick around to take care of him. He can't rely on his dad to pay the bills and support his new wife and step-daughter. Jared is only sixteen but feels like he is the one who must stabilize his family's life, even look out for his elderly neighbours. But he struggles to keep everything afloat...and sometimes he blacks out. And he puzzles over why his maternal grandmother has never liked him, why she says he's the son of a trickster, that he isn't human. Mind you, ravens speak to him--even when he's not stoned.
