The main demand of the Young Turks would be the participation in the political affairs. This would give them the chance to be in common grounds with the Ottoman and establish equality with everyone. Though at first they weren't able to grasp this, eventually they got a hold of it through their increase in numbers over time and through the cooperation of some civil and military officers sharing the same ideas and goals with them. With this, they were given the place to demand reforms such as their equality and freedom, to get to practice their right to vote, the emancipation of women, and many others.
