In my opinion, it's fairly simple and easy to understand and explains what's needed.
It's fairly well written and not too complicated for someone to read and understand.
I say it's good and there's only really minor and fairly unimportant details that need to be changed.

Con (the prefix) means “with”. Dole (doler) means suffer/pain. So, with shows sympathy by saying “with pain”.
