The treatment and prevention facilities have improved leaps and bounds in those two centuries.

Explanation:

The two century span given here was the part of some of the most dramatic change in the human exploration of science and it also reflected in the medical practices of the time.

With the two important discoveries of the germ particle and the invention of some tools that led to surgery in its modern form and its study made it possible for doctors to understand disease for the first time, it also meant that these discoveries could better use the tools now made for surgery and the cure of the patients that needed their care in this time.

Which group of Native Americans attempted to flee United States territory to live in Canada?
sattari [20]

If I recall correctly it wasn't an entire tribe, but rather a smaller group of people lead by Chief Leader Sitting Bull. One year prior to their attempted fleeing of US territory, the Battle of Little Big Horn took place in Montana against the 7th Cavalry which resulted in the deaths of George Custer and five troops. It was Lakota and Northern Cheyenne who fought. Sitting Bull feared retaliation for their victory and that's why they were trying to leave. I think they were called the Hunkpapa Lakota, a branching of the Native Lakota. I hope this helps somewhat.
