Hamlet was written by English poet and writer William Shakespeare. In the play, we can see the main character, prince Hamlet from Denmark, and his struggles against her mother's new marriage with Claudio, King Hamlet's brother, who had died some months before.
Hamlet's last speech is given when he is about to die, and there, he talks about his own death and how he knows it is happening. He also is worried because of his responsibilities as Prince of Denmark; he does not indicate the he intends to harm his mother.
