Yes, but you wont get a whole number. if you divide 100 by 6,009, you will get 0.016417041... so it is an ongoing number, but you can round it off to get .02. hope this helped. :)

If u divide 100 into 6009 u would get 60.09. But if u are rounding to the nearest tenth ur answer would be 60.1

Answer:

36

Step-by-step explanation:

N = 6

S = 0 n = 1

2(1) - 1 = 1

S = 0 + 1 = 1

n = n + 1

n = 1 + 1

n = 2

S = 1 n = 2

2(2) - 1 = 3

S = 1 + 3 = 4

n = n + 1

n = 2 + 1

n = 3

S = 4 n = 3

2(3) - 1 = 5

S = 4 + 5 = 9

n = n + 1

n = 3 + 1

n = 4

S = 9 n = 4

2(4) - 1 = 7

S = 9 + 7 = 16

n = n + 1

n = 4 + 1

n = 5

S = 16 n = 5

2(5) - 1 = 9

S = 16 + 9 = 25

n = n + 1

n = 5 + 1

n = 6

S = 25 n = 6

2(6) - 1 = 11

S = 25 + 11 = 36

n = n + 1

n = 6 + 1

n = 7 > N

Another expression for the given rational function is x =r^\frac{1}{2}s^\frac{1}{2}

<h3>Indices expression</h3>

Given the rational function expressed as:

x = √rs

We can reconstruct the expression by writing it using exponents as shown;

x =\sqrt{rs}=(rs)^{\frac{1}{2} }

Separate to have:

x =r^\frac{1}{2}s^\frac{1}{2}

Hence another expression for the given rational function is x =r^\frac{1}{2}s^\frac{1}{2}

Please solve this in 2 parts as stated... thank you!

Solve the equation we have that:

a. S = 3V²/ 4

b. S = 108 feet

<h3>How to solve the parameters?</h3>

We have the equation to be;

V = 2√3S

Where;

  • V is the speed
  • S is the length

Let's make S the subject from the formula, divide both sides by 2√2S = v/ 2. Take square of both sides:

(\sqrt{3S} )^2 = \frac{V^2}{4}\\3S = \frac{V^2}{4}

Now we need to divide both sides by three:

S = 3V²/ 4

b. If v = 12miles per hour, substituting in the equation found earlier:

S = 3 (12²)/ 4

S= 432/ 4

S = 108 feet

Thus, the formula for the length is S = 3V²/ 4
