Exercise promotes the production of endorphins in the body. It strengthens our heart muscles and trains our breathing pattern to be more effective. These would lead to more efficient transportation of blood and hence oxygen to our whole body including our brain. Our brain becomes more alert, and our body more energetic

Hello Bbayboy, when you exercise you release the "endorphin" chemical which can improve your mood and even the way you eat after you finish working out. And if this is done regularly then this positive energy will accumulate! :)
