History often repeats itself, so by looking at the patterns of mankind throughout history (finding a scapegoat for problems, exiling those that are different) we can see that humans have a selfish nature that sorts people into categories based on who they are. There is also a superiority complex (pecking order) that comes at play

World History teaches the origins of mankind, our evolution and much much more. It can teach us how we became what we are, why we function the way we do, find how long we have been on the earth. It can tell us we probably evolved from primates. It can tell us that we were smarter than the Neanderthals. It holds the secret to the history of mankind. (Not to sound like Morgan Freeman or anything)

What effect did the Nazi party and WWII have on Germany? How was Germany affected after the defeat of the Nazi’s and the conclus
trasher [3.6K]

Answer:

What effect did the Nazi party and WWII have on Germany?

The Nazi Workers' Party (NSP) or the NSP developed into a mass. The Nazi party was in the aftermath of Germany's World War II setback in 1939-45. You knew that? There was a mistake. After the war, the Allies invaded Germany, forbade the Nazi Party and strived to remove all facets of German life from the power.

How was Germany affected after the defeat of the Nazi’s

In the war, both in life and in economic capacity, Germany suffered heavy casualties. Around 8.26 to 8.86 per cent of the population was killed in 6.9 to 7.5 million Germans; (see also World War II casualties). There was a mistake. In the "new" Germany that remained after the dismemberment, the population density rose.

(AP Statistics - Will give brainliest) The weight of apples at the grocery store follows a Normal distribution with a mean of μ
baherus [9]

The random variable W is Normal, with a mean of 45 ounces and a standard deviation of three ounces.

How to describe the random variable?

The given parameters are:

 • Sample size, n = 9
 • Population mean, μ = 5 ounces
 • Standard deviation, σ = 1 ounce

The mean of the 9 apples is:

μ = 5 ounces * 9

This gives

μ = 45 ounces

The variance of the 9 apples is:

σ² = 1 ounces * 9

This gives

σ² = 9 ounces

Take the square root of both sides, to calculate the standard deviation.

σ = 3 ounces

Since, the variable W is normal; the description of the variable W is (b)

2. PART B: Which quote from the text best
puteri [66]

Answer:

B. The Salem episode was a historic landmark but by no means a rare example of behavior that can afflict frightened, angry, or frustrated people" (Paragraph 13).

Explanation:

The article 'The Salem (and Other) Witch Hunt', is written by Mike Kubic. The article talks about various witch hunts that happened in history. The author remarks that though the Salem witch trials were a historic landmark, it also exemplified that when people are frustrated and frightened they tend to commit such heinous crimes.

The author also listed other witch hunts that occurred in the history of humanity, which includes the Holocaust, Japanese Americans into internment camps, etc.

Therefore, the correct answer is option B.
