It's got to be C because none of the others relate to collaboration, but I'd say if you were unsure about this answer then the only other sensible one could be B, but I'd go with C.

Global Awareness

Global awareness is the ability to learn from others and work collaboratively. Not just with people that are similar to you, but people that come from different countries, backgrounds, cultures, religions, race, gender, etc. This awareness of how everyone can come together to learn and create is Global Awareness. The other options are about health,, the government, and the environment.
